We hope that every traveler who crosses our threshold will discover a meaningful encounter, and perhaps a destined connection, with the people they meet here at our inn.
RULES TO TAKE NOTE IN VENUE :
1. Please interact with each other with respect & mutual consent. Any rudeness or inappropriate behaviors toward staff and customers will be not be tolerated and may result in a removal from our venue's premises and in the worst case scenario, we may have to report these actions to the in-game GMs. We ask for all to cooperate so that everyone can have a safe and enjoyable time with us all.2. Our venue is meant for people aged 18+, hence the conversations and activities may have NSFW elements in it that are not suitable for all age groups. We ask that everyone to respect and behave appropriately and responsibly toward one another here.3. 1. YUAN|EN reserves the right to revoke or reject any commission at our discretion.2. Customers are limited to 1 roulette and 1 specialized commission per opening. Each commission must be in its own ticket.3. Commission tier and preferred artist is subject to change based on availability.
* The ticket queue will not be accessible once all slots have been taken.4. All required details (preferences, character sheet, etc.) for your order must be presented.5. Kindly wait for an acknowledgement note from our staff prior in proceeding to payment.6. Full payment is required for our order confirmation. Commissioner will only commence once payment has been made.7. Weapons as part of the request is subject to artist’s discretion.8. Strictly “NO Ticket NO Commission” Policy. Patrons must follow the process on how to order in order to receive a commission piece9. All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued under exceptional circumstances with YUAN|EN’s approval.10. Revisions are limited to one (1). Artists hold sole discretion to provide edits if they find any issues with the artwork upon conception to after completion.11. All completed commission orders are not allowed to be used with or for GenAI. This includes feeding, training, referencing, or uploading the artwork to any AI tools, engines, or models.
If found Yuan|EN reserves the right to ban the patron from all Yuan|EN related services.12. Event commissions have a turnaround time of 30 days after patron has provided all details.
