*Commission orders are not dependent on where it was queued3. Commission tier and preferred artist is subject to change based on availability.
* The ticket queue will not be accessible once all slots have been taken.4. All required details (preferences, character sheet, etc.) for your order must be presented. Once it has passed the order verification process, patron must submit an additional ticket for another order.5. Kindly wait for an acknowledgement note from our staff prior in proceeding to payment.6. Full payment is required for our order confirmation. Revisions are limited to one (1). Artists hold sole discretion to provide edits if they find any issues with the artwork upon conception to after completion.11. All completed commission orders are not allowed to be used with or for GenAI. This includes feeding, training, referencing, or uploading the artwork to any AI tools, engines, or models.
If found Yuan|EN reserves the right to ban the patron from all Yuan|EN related services.
